Robert Beschel joined Winston & Cashatt in 1966, practicing in the areas of real property, probate, trust, business and immigration law. He is a member of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Professional Activities:
Bob served as Chairman of the Washington State Bar Association's Real Property Probate and Trust Section on two separate occasions and served three terms as one of the Association's representatives on the Washington State Law Revision Commission. In 1974 he received an Award of Merit from the State Bar Association in recognition of his efforts in drafting legislation that substantially simplified probate procedures in Washington. In 1981 he co-drafted legislation that unified the provisions related to accounts of individuals in the various types of financial institutions.
