Nancy Isserlis' practice focuses on bankruptcy and commercial law issues.

Bankruptcy

Provides representation for debtors, creditors, trustees and creditors committees in all aspects of Chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 bankruptcies, and related state court insolvency and receivership proceedings.

Nancy joined Winston & Cashatt in 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Nancy was the Regional Directing Attorney for Columbia Legal Services and was in private practice prior to that since 1981. Nancy is a Recipient of the Smithmoore P. Myers Professionalism Award from the Spokane County Bar Association in March of 2004 and received the Spokane County Bar Association Volunteer Lawyer of the Year Award in 1995.
