Cindy Whaley's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including product liability, antitrust, franchise, unfair trade practices, as well as employment law.  She provides compliance advice to both businesses and non-profit organizations in these areas.

Cindy joined Winston & Cashatt in 1977 and became a principal in 1982.  Prior to law school, she worked in Washington, D.C., on the congressional staff of U.S. Representative William S. Mailliard.  She moved to Spokane and was employed on the EXPO ’74 environmental symposium staff.  Since becoming an attorney, Cindy has been active in various state, local and federal bar activities and has been a frequent lecturer on   antitrust, civil procedure and employment issues.  In the fall of 1993, she taught Antitrust Law at Gonzaga Law School.

Cindy has been accorded the highest lawyer rating of “AV” by Martindale-Hubbell.
