Kevin has represented clients, including Fortune 500 companies, in a broad area of civil litigation, and has successfully defended multi-million dollar suits on behalf of his clients. Kevin represents and advises clients in a broad area including commercial and business litigation, professional negligence and insurance defense.
In his criminal practice he joins Richard Cease and Carl Hueber to form one of Spokane's most experienced and respected white collar and criminal defense teams. Kevin has over 25 years of criminal defense experience and has represented clients in some of Spokane's most high profile cases, included the successful defense of a double homicide death penalty case. Kevin was recently elected President of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and is on the Board of Directors of the Washington Defender Association. Kevin has lectured at seminars across the state on criminal practice and procedure.
A firm principal, Kevin joined Winston & Cashatt in 1996. Prior to this he was a senior attorney for Spokane County where he practiced criminal defense for fourteen years.
