Kevin Breck 's practice focuses on commercial and business related litigation. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Washington and Michigan, as well as Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeal for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Kevin has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, partnership accountings and dissolutions, breaches of contract, real estate disputes, lender liability, and land use and zoning matters.
Kevin joined Winston & Cashatt in 2007, after practicing for 17 years with the firm of Clark Hill PLC in Detroit, Michigan.
Kevin is an avid cyclist and mediocre fly fisherman.
