Jeff Herbster's practice focuses on advising clients in areas of business planning and assisting individuals with their estate planning needs. Jeff has twelve years experience in these areas of practice, specifically including corporate and limited liability formation; preparation, negotiation and resolution of ownership agreements; business succession planning; estate tax planning; probate and basic estate planning issues.

Small Business Planning
He has advised small business through all stages of their growth, from start-up, purchase of business, real estate issues, change of ownership, dispute resolution, sale of business and succession planning to pass the business to the next generation of owners.

Estate Planning and Administration
Individual clients have utilized Jeff's services for developing and preparing their estate plans. His experience includes the simplest estates to those involving estate tax issues, complex blended families, nontraditional families, and intricate disposition plans for large estates. Also included in the services provided are probate and representation to avoid probate when appropriate.

Before attending Gonzaga University School of Law, Jeff was an Industrial Engineer with URM Stores, Inc., a Spokane grocery distributor. He obtained his degree in Engineering from Montana State University .

Jeff is actively involved with the Spokane Community, and is a past President of the Exchange Club of North Spokane. He was also a founding board member of the Boys & Girls Club of Spokane County and served as President of its board of directors.
