Greg Devlin's practice is focused on civil trials, business formations and transactions, estate planning and probate, construction law and criminal defense. He has extensive trial experience and is admitted to practice at all levels of state and federal court in Washington and Idaho, including the United States Supreme Court. Greg recently joined Winston & Cashatt after being in private practice with two offices since 1980. Before that, he was an elected Prosecuting Attorney and Coroner.

Actively involved in business formations, corporations, LLC’s, business transactions.
Estate Planning and Probate
Provides estate planning advise to individuals and families, assists in asset protection and probate avoidance, and has extensive experience in settling estates through probate.
Real Estate
Has represented both the buyer and seller in real estate sales, has closed hundreds of transactions, prepared deeds, contracts, easements, leases, crated subdivisions, and handled property disputes of various types.
Construction Law
Represents general and specialty contractors, as well as individuals in all matters related to construction projects, contracts, liens and financing.
Criminal Defense
Represents individuals in the defense of felony, misdemeanor, and traffic offenses.
