Brian McGinn emphasizes issues of real property, commercial law, contracts and land use in his practice. He counsels clients in the review and preparation of legal documents necessary for the sale, use or acquisition of real estate, real estate-related litigation issues and the rules and regulations governing the use and development of land .

Transactions
Routinely creates and critiques a broad variety of documents affecting real estate, including deeds, commercial leases, easements, mortgages and deeds of trust, purchase and sale agreements.

Real Estate Litigation
Represents clients in matters relating to issues of real estate purchase or sale breach of contract, misrepresentation in purchase, quiet title actions, property damage claims, environmental contamination, commercial lease disputes, title insurance, disputes concerning covenants and restrictions on land use, condominiums and homeowners' associations, road, easement and access disputes and boundaries.

Land Use
Provides legal counsel in the areas of local and municipal law, administrative law and procedures, growth management law and policy, zoning regulations and state environmental regulations and policies.

Brian joined the firm in 1994 after graduating from Gonzaga School of Law. He is a past recipient of the Albert Mann Debate Award.
