Litigation Support

She writes or responds to many of the briefs necessary to the motion practice throughout the course of a case, including discovery motions, summary judgments, evidentiary motions, trial briefs and post-trial briefs. She has been extensively involved in the practice areas of construction, insurance defense, personal injury, employment law, and other commercial litigation.

Appeals
She has extensive background in reviewing trial records, researching and preparing briefs on appeal in both the state and federal systems, and has argued appeals in the Washington State Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C.
